Every July All Our Students Enjoy The Experience of Performing in Costume on Stage
Every child is fully included and on stage throughout - no 'waiting for your bit'. And if a child doesn't want to perform in front of an audience we won't ask them to. Our Academy is child-led not performance-based.

July 2026 Productions
Rehearsals for our 2026 performances have begun with huge excitement and enthusiasm
Our Lower Primary classes will perform The Chicken-Hearted Fox - Written specially for Drama Kids Freddy and Frankie Fox are starving when they visit Willow Creek Farm - but what will happen when they wake the farm workers with their arguing?
Our Combined and Upper Primary classes will perform Space Cruiser 5 - setting off on a peace mission the spaceship comes under attack. Is it the Targons causing havoc again, or could the villains be a little closer to home?
Our Youth Theatre students will performed either The Kidnapping of Kitty O'Hara - Set in New York 1929 Gangster Big Benny's daughter, Kitty, has come to visit - she doesn't exactly know what he does for a living - and then she goes missing! Or The Scottish Play (Don't Mention The Name) Meltdown - Can we do a 'Goes Wrong' play next year? I was asked last summer term. Last half term 2 Youth Theatre classes and I improvised and wrote our own unique script. Hysterically funny with mayhem galore find out what happens when HAGFEWDS Amateur Dramatic Society puts on their performance of Macbeth.
After each performance we will hold our usual Presentation of Medals, Certificates and Achievement Awards which celebrate the effort and all round brilliance of all our students whether they have been with us 10+ years, or recently joined the Academy. Everyone deserves and receives recognition.
